A child of the ’90s Adventure Time Christmas 02 Hawaiian Shirt . it’s no wonder that Jennifer Lawrence has a fondness for jelly shoes. Perhaps she’s healing her inner child by wearing a forbidden item from her youth, or maybe she’s just stoked on their comeback. Whatever the reason may be is between her, her therapist, and the PVC-induced blisters on her feet. But what we do know for certain is that Lawrence is the proud owner of multiple pairs of jelly shoes, and she has just debuted another. In late June, the actor was among the first to procure The Row’s summer hero item: the netted jelly flats, which she wore in the cherry red colorway. Today, Lawrence was photographed walking around New York City in a pair of clear fisherman sandals—the mother of all jellies—which join her Mara flats from The Row and an older pair of pink transparent fisherman sandals.

Nice smooth material with no itchy inside seams or tags. But go up a size from usual.
That’s because the fit is odd.
On my average-athletic 5’11” frame, the L is oddly small, tapering to the waist such that it pulls towards the back. Not a flattering look. It’s also a little shorter/smaller than I expect even for UA, especially since it’s not a stretchy fit.
I went up to an XL, which was *also* oddly a little *larger* this time than UA XL is normally, reaching almost the back of my thighs in back (front is normal “at the hips”) and feeling roomy enough that it could be a girlfriend-steals-it shirt.
