Beauty brand Glossier has been named the official beauty partner of USA Basketball, women’s national team, ahead of the Olympic games in Paris.The move marks Glossier’s second foray into women’s basketball, the beauty brand extended its marketing partnership with the Women’s National Basketball Association(WNBA) earlier this year, building on its beauty collaboration launched in 2020.The deal is also the first USA Basketball partnership exclusive to the USA Women’s National Team programme since 1996, and its first-ever official beauty partner.Kyle Leahy, chief executive of Glossier, said in a statement: “We’re excited to build on our long-running partnership with the WNBA and bring it to new heights with USA Basketball.”There’s been a long-standing notion that beauty and sports don’t mix, and this partnership underscores the fact that that’s simply not true. Very pleased with this shirt, it’s comfortable enough to sleep and perfect for workouts. It’s held up very well after over a year, as all shirts tend to do. I still wear an Under a Armour tee that’s been in rotation since 2007!

First off, at least in 4x, the waist is slightly smaller. I have 5 original tech shirts in the same 4x size (one that I never wear). Fitment usually varies a touch due to which color is used. Please be advised that the 4x 2.0 shirts are all slightly smaller in the waist vs the 1.0’s I have. It’s not a massive difference, but if you are on the edge of the spectrum size of the 1.0 you will be able to tell a difference. The 2.0 also seems to be a bit thinner of material.
