The amount of the donation has not been disclosed.Commenting on the collaboration, Roksanda said in a statement: ‘‘As an alumnus of the BFC NewGen, this collaboration has allowed me to give back to the community, which helped start my creative career. Incredibly fortunate to be a previous winner, I understand the importance of support and how without it, brands might not be able to grow and develop to their full potential.“In celebration of London Fashion Week’s 40th anniversary, I am delighted to collaborate with George and the British Fashion Council on a collection that not only honours but also spotlights the extraordinary work of NewGen. Together, we aim to generate funds that will inspire and empower the next wave of innovative designers, ensuring their voices are heard and celebrated beyond the fashion landscape.”The 30-piece collection, launching on September 17, showcases Roksanda’s signature use of colour, femininity and sculptural shapes. Highlights include a burgundy trench coat, a sweat dress reinvented, two-tone oversized puffer scarves, graphic T-shirts and sweatshirts, colour-pop borg fleeces, and popper-side track pants, as well as compact-knit flare trousers and skirts with coordinating jumpers.Liz Evans, chief commercial officer at George, said: “As the first supermarket fashion retailer in the UK, we felt this was the perfect opportunity to bring to life our brand mission of democratising great style and quality at a compelling price.

So, I’ve been dropping some poundage and needed an athletic shirt to sit as a stand in for a cycling jersey. I didn’t want to spend money on a cycling jersey, only to not be able to wear it in a few months. This shirt was a great decision. I’ve never worn athletic shirts before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect or how effective it would be.
First, the shirt is incredibly comfortable. On a 2.5 hour ride, it never chaffed or rubbed the wrong way. I purchased it in white, so it did a great job at reflecting the sunlight and keeping me cool. I was also pretty impressed at how quickly the shirt dried (and I sweat A LOT). Within about 20 minutes of me finishing my ride, the shirt was pretty dry.
But overall, really worth the money.

I’ve worn my UA Tech 1.0 tees for years, so I decided it was time to test the next generation. Although slightly thinner than 1.0, the new 2.0 model is still very comfortable and high quality.
My favorite part about the UA Tech shirts is that they somehow become more comfortable every time you wash them. I have no idea how it works, but these shirts last a lifetime.
100% beats Nike workout shirts. UA is just better quality and way more comfortable for athletes.
