This was a very uplifting part of the course. You could hear the music from a distance and I got goosebumps as I passed by. Loved it. Thank you to the beautiful choir. Made me smile so big when I passed you guys yesterday, thank you so much for serenading us with your beautiful gospel music. Love this. I’m always grateful for this type of cheering on a race route. Come to Lincoln Nebraska for the Lincoln marathon & half marathon. Every church along the route does this. I’ve listened to worship bands, choirs & I high fived several nuns along the route. It’s great. They bring the church to the race. They were amazing. It made my heart happy when I ran past, and now knowing this.my heart is even happier. It’s so beautiful on so many levels. Thank you. Their singing was definitely a highlight yesterday. My friend and I said after that of all the Bill’s Beer Removal Service Shirt we saw along the 26.2 miles, that was our favorite.
