Italian luxury fashion house Tod’s Casual Tropical Print Short Sleeve Hawaiian Shirt . has unveiled a collaboration with renowned Indian couturier Rahul Mishra, which will debut during London Fashion Week with a cocktail party at the brand’s Bond Street boutique in London.Mishra is the latest designer to participate in Tod’s new ‘Tod’s Factory’ project, a creative laboratory where established and emerging designers are invited to offer a new point of view on the Tod’s DNA and its iconic heritage.The project has been designed to allow creatives, like Mishra access to Tod’s craftsmen and the savoir-faire in the Marche region of Italy to create a range of capsule collections and limited-edition pieces within the season.For the Rahul Mishra x Tod’s capsule collection, the Indian designer has reinterpreted the iconic Tod’s Gommino, Tod’s Di Bag and a selection of Tod’s T Timeless accessories for men and women adorned with intricate floral, tiger and the Tree of Life motif embroideries, crystal, beads and sequins.The collaboration pays homage to Italian artisanal tradition and the essence of Indian craftsmanship, with Tod’s accessories hand-embroidered by skilled Kaarigar artisans who have perfected this art for generations.Commenting on the collaboration, Mishra said in a statement: “We developed a limited-edition of Tod’s iconics, including the Tod’s Gommino and Di Bag, drawing inspiration from nature, my constant muse, crafting classic in-house motifs and the distinctive foliage, synonymous with my designs.“Having had the opportunity to work on this project has been a great honour for me. This collaboration is special. To me, this partnership expresses artisanal mastery, Italian elegance as well as our intricate Indian craftsmanship.”

Je suis plutôt satisfait de ce vêtement. Le tissus et l’impression sont de bonne qualité. Le dessin ne se détériore pas au fil des lavages. Toutefois même si j’ai reçu la taille demandée, je le trouve un peu petit par rapport à mes t-shirts habituels. Le fabricant ne semble pas utiliser la même échelle de grandeur.

These fit the way I like them to. Exactly what I was looking for. 👍😁

1 inch wide collar. Roughly 7 inch sleeves. Not slim fit or slim cut. The collars are close to my neck, the way they look when police or military personnel wear them. The sleeves come down to my elbows. This is how I like for my tshirts to be.

The cotton is a light, but sturdy material. The collars hold their shape well even if I sweat some or they get wet. I haven’t seen any shrinking. By the way, with tshirts, washing in cold or warm water and then drying on low heat is the best way to ensure one’s tshirts and cotton items don’t shrink. 👍

From chart, perfect fit. If polyester feels comfortable it looks like smooth silk with exceptional colors and patterns. Look around, almost no body looks nicer without polyester! Maybe sitting too long a little sweaty underarms? Minor. So far laundered well and dried in minutes, LOL. Most of all super good looking with fabulous patterns and combinations. I bought too many already. I’m artistic professionally AND the devil made me do it!
