I’ve been doing Connect To My Soul The Password Is Breast Cancer Awareness shirt . Crossfit for less than a year yet for sure this year I’ve felt more ability snowboarding than ever. Endurance has been way better. Strength in legs is way up. No joke! Better for ski, and pretty much anything you love to do! I started skiing late to keep up with my Always afraid of hurting myself. 3 years into Crossfit had made me the best athlete I could possibly be. Best stamina ever! I enjoy the slopes falling with confidence. Moved from greens to blues and loving it!Great article!The crossfits makes my boarding so much better! And I know from personal experience that Coach T is a freaken brilliant coach!! She’s highly educated, committed to her craft and all the fun times! I haven’t been to the mountain since I started crossfit. So hopefully that means I’ll be tearing it up with you tomorrow.

The shirt looks exactly like the picture. It is true to size(I got a 2XL to be oversized and it goes to around mid thigh)and the material is thick and seems durable. It did not shrink(or at least not noticeable) after washing.
