Problem is that from the top Devil nothing just chilling killing shirt . down in this country Incivility is on the trend and starting to erode like a cancer. Hard to be the change you seek in this world when the very ones you hope will see you are wearing blinders. Not lieing/not gossiping and giving a decent salary also helps a whole lot. Let ‘s be honest thanking and appreciating in word sound also bs if you know your salary is seriously logged behind. Still I think the things mentioned in the video is a good start.I am fortunate to have a place where incivility is not presented in the obvious way the Bspeaker talks about but, not actioning your employee’s needs or making false promises and making excuses for not reviewing work on time are also forms of incivility in my opinion because that is ultimately disrespecting a person’s hard work. So even if barbaric ways of incivility is reduced through smiling and words of gratitude, but the actions do not align, then we have another issue.

Have washed this various times already. The picture is still the same. The cotton is soft and thick. Was afraid that it would start to wash off, but it’s held up. He loves his gift.

The shirt looks exactly like the picture. It is true to size(I got a 2XL to be oversized and it goes to around mid thigh)and the material is thick and seems durable. It did not shrink(or at least not noticeable) after washing.

Beautiful design, vibrant colours a little more indigo than purple but still gorgeous. Lightweight but quality material. Got size small am 5″2 female, UK size 8/10 and it fits great, not too tight or baggy. Totally in love, recomend to anyone. Worth the money.
