I just want to say..as much as i cannot wait to watch the Disney Lion King Simba Mufasa Best Dad tshirt I’m very disappointed they did not bring back Jeremy Irons as the voice of Scar. As much as James Earl Jones iconic Mufasa cannot be substituted i feel neither should be Jeremys Scar..he made the character. Well be that as it may and while i do like Chiwetel Ejiotor explicitly, maybe Jeremy passed up the opportunity to speak for Scar but i do think a better candidate would be Ben Mendelsohn. He would make a riveting Scar.

Amazing animation no doubt…but I honestly cannot wait for Disney to get over this hyper real animation phase.
You’ve got realistic animals portraying a film with much emotion. Animals don’t have the range of Disney Lion King Simba Mufasa Best Dad tshirt we have if it’s to be realistic. So it’s going to be a very visually emotionless film imo with only the music and voice acting giving us the major emotional cues. Which is pants imo. The original was good because it was stylised.
