In general it may be stated that the smaller and the more numerous the dead air spaces confined in the packing, the greater will be its efficiency in insulation. If forest leaves are used they must be gathered the year before and stored, as the leaves fall some time after the bees should be packed.

This shirt looks exactly as described and is so cute! I will be wearing it to Catcon this year (in LA). It is 100% cotton and that is good for summer, however it is that stiffer cotton. Might soften a bit in the wash but likely not much. You will need to wash it before wearing as it has a slight chemical smell that is common with screen printed shirts. Great purchase!
