Riyadh Air, the world’s newest global airline, owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), closed out Paris Haute Couture Week with the unveiling of its cabin crew’s uniforms designed by Saudi Arabian designer Mohammed Ashi, founder of Ashi Studio.“It’s not cabin crew ‘uniforms,’ it’s cabin crew fashion,” declared Tony Douglas, chief executive of Riyadh Air, at the press unveiling at Monnaie de Paris. “Our cabin crew personify the panache and style that Riyadh Air represents, connecting back to those halcyon days of commercial aviation, like Pan Am and the TWA, with a real modern twist. Fast-forward 60 years, bring to it modernity, bring to it the spirit of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”Douglas added: “When our cabin crew walk through the major airport terminals, like JFK, I want them to make a statement, for people to notice, and for them to respectfully stand out in the crowd, and to showcase that graceful fashion charm.”

I’ve worn my UA Tech 1.0 tees for years, so I decided it was time to test the next generation. Although slightly thinner than 1.0, the new 2.0 model is still very comfortable and high quality.
My favorite part about the UA Tech shirts is that they somehow become more comfortable every time you wash them. I have no idea how it works, but these shirts last a lifetime.
100% beats Nike workout shirts. UA is just better quality and way more comfortable for athletes.

So, I’ve been dropping some poundage and needed an athletic shirt to sit as a stand in for a cycling jersey. I didn’t want to spend money on a cycling jersey, only to not be able to wear it in a few months. This shirt was a great decision. I’ve never worn athletic shirts before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect or how effective it would be.
First, the shirt is incredibly comfortable. On a 2.5 hour ride, it never chaffed or rubbed the wrong way. I purchased it in white, so it did a great job at reflecting the sunlight and keeping me cool. I was also pretty impressed at how quickly the shirt dried (and I sweat A LOT). Within about 20 minutes of me finishing my ride, the shirt was pretty dry.
But overall, really worth the money.
