So cook it a little longer. Maybe reduce the I’m A Delicate Fucking Flower Shirt cooking from ten minutes to seven or so and cook the eggs until done to your preference. My husband loves sunny side up level eggs. I find that gross and prefer mine more cooked. So I’ll either use a couple smaller pans or take his out and put mine back in for a few minutes. Or maybe start mine cooking and halfway through pull the pan out, crack his eggs in, and finish. Easily adaptable recipe really. Could use sausage or tofu or even veggies instead of or with the bacon as well. I think of the potato slices as a cupcake mold and fill as we like. Hmm. I may try bacon and mushroom as soon as I get to the store actually. I was with yall until yall took that uncooked egg out. Too each its own. Not knocking what anyone else eats but I would have to cook my egg a little longer.

My husband is allergic to raw eggs, so I’d have to cook it lol. But I don’t like runny eggs anyways, so it works and he also likes sunny side up eggs, but I manage to successfully cook it completely. I don’t like raw eggs either. They should cook eggs first then add to the potato mixture and then cook everything together. Every recipe on this page or any other people keep commenting these things. I don’t know why everyone takes everything personally, even a recipe. Just watch and move on, should be the motto. I don’t understand why the majority of the people who comment here even follow this page, unless they somehow make themselves feel better by making fun of it. Literally billions of people. We all eat and cook differently. You want to find insult in a recipe, that’s cool, I guess. The only person being hurt is you by your own inability to deal with things. If you don’t like the I’m A Delicate Fucking Flower Shirt, just tweek it to your own or your family’s likes. No need to dispute everything, unless, of course, you think of something that will make it outstanding.
