London Lone Star Rodeo Shirt . based fashion house Self-Portrait has announced the launch of a new Residency programme through which it is planning to invite creatives to try their hand at reinterpreting the brand’s own signature style. And who else to kick off the launch of such a project if not Christopher Kane?Kane, formerly the head of his own eponymous brand and now the inaugural Resident of Self-Portrait, will be designing out of the brand’s London studio at Harella House, where he has been tasked with infusing his own handwriting into the programme’s first collection.Pieces from this line are to then become available in stores and across an international retail network from the end of November 2024, when full details of the residency will become clearer.

This is my favorite workout shirt when I’m not wearing compression shirts. It is very breathable and has done well with extensive washing after intense workouts at home during the pandemic. It handles sweat well and never pulls at my arms when doing quick moves in my workouts.

So I decided to try a new v- neck. The Gilman brand was not familiar, but it had good reviews. So I bought six. They came shortly after, washed and dried on hot to check shrinkage. Good news. They fit as hoped with a long tail, and the material quality is grate. Good thickness and soft.

This shirt is very comfortable, light, and moisture wicking as advertised. It also fits as expected — sometimes. I bought five of these in all different colors. They all arrived in the same box but individually sealed in plastic. The ones that fit as expected were labeled medium and are made in Jordan. The plastic they were wrapped in had the under armour logo on it. The ones that didn’t look to have been resealed in unmarked plastic and while they too are labeled medium they say they are made in Mexico. The shirts labeled as from Mexico are a good 1-2 inches shorter in length and seem to be more fitted in cut than the Jordan shirts, which have a nice loose cut without being sloppy. The seller should really advertise this difference on each shirt color as it applies since there seems to be two very different fits with no distinction in the name. Would have given a five star review if not for this issue and will not purchase again until fit is less of a crapshoot.

These shirts are nice. They are lighter than the hanes heavy cotton shirts. They feel good and fit as expected. They are really comfortable and cooler than most of my shirts.

This is my first men’s running shirt. I heard a lot of great things about their products. I ordered this shirt to add to my summer running collection. The neck on the shirt has a terrible sewn seam. It sticks up and makes for an uncomfortable feel. The material is good for spring/fall running but it doesn’t hold up to my other summer running shirts. It doesn’t breathe well and made me feel like I was trapped in a sauna. To be fair, I do live in the desert southwest where running in 100+F weather is common during summer so I am picky when it comes to my running gear.
