That’s a huge amount in terms of production and stock.” Van Oorschot, as a start-up, doesn’t have the budget for that, she said honestly, adding that “overproduction is a huge problem”.How does the fashion entrepreneur tackle this issue without shrinking her size range? The fashion entrepreneur also makes sustainability a norm. “I don’t want to make products that come at the expense of the planet or the people who make them.” A beautiful goal, but it didn’t make her search for the right supplier any easier. Van Oorschot spent over 1.5 years looking for a suitable partner. “My requirements were quite high – I’m a small player with a relatively low budget, but I think it’s essential to work with a factory that is certified by a third party in terms of sustainability and working conditions.”In addition, the manufacturer must be experienced in making bikinis in (large) cup sizes. “Most producers with experience in cup sizes are in the lingerie world and don’t have the right machines for producing swimwear.” So, only a few remained. “In the end, I went to a lot of trade shows; in Paris, Cannes, Istanbul etc., where I pitched my company with my designs under my arm. One producer took on two start-ups annually and I was one of them. That was fantastic!”The producer is based in Tunisia and is SA8000 certified. This means that the factories have safe workplaces, employees receive a living wage, and waste and chemicals are handled in an environmentally friendly way. The bikinis contain 84 percent polyester made from 100 percent recycled material. The stretch fabric, on the other hand, is not yet fully made from recycled material, as this is still difficult to obtain, explained Van Oorschot. The fabrics come from Barcelona, where the company Estilmar collects plastic from the Mediterranean Sea, which is then processed into yarns and ultimately forms a fabric. The factory also operates on solar energy and emits little CO2.

I ordered an XXL and it fits well. I am 5′-9″ and 245lbs. Shirts are great for lounging, workouts or tennis. Lightweight fabric perfect for outdoors in the Summer. Fit is not tight, so some freedom of movement in the chest, sleeves are not too long. A little longer than I would prefer but that comes with the territory being 5′-9″ and 245lbs and wearing XXL. Love these shirts and have several.

Exceeded my expectations
I bought these for my husband and they fit perfectly. He’s a tough one to buy clothes for and hates the way everything fits. To my surprise he loves these. Not to mention he had to have them for work and I was very worried he wouldn’t like them and he loves them

Great T-Shirts
The thing I love about these t-shirts is the neck. They fit nicely around my neck, I have bought many t-shirts that are to low and sort of droopy these shirts have a nice look and hold their shape after many washing. Will definitely be buying more from kingteeshops

Best t-shirts I’ve ever worn!

I love this t-shirt. I’ve read reviews where some customers said they did not feel the shirt was * heavy*, but by no means is it flimsy. I’m a chick though, so maybe guys wearing this as a work shirt need something a little thicker.
This brand also holds up MUCH better, in my opinion, to Hanes or FOTL. I have another 1 of these I refuse to throw out. Had it 3 years it held up that well and I’ve worn it a LOT. Washer and dryer over and over just makes it even better!
Ordering a bunch of these in other colors for sure.
