Recapping the best moments from Chiefs’ Super Bowl LIV parade

The Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade and rally were everything that fans hoped they’d be and then some. Things started off a little crazy when a car broke through a barricade and police had to intervene. From there, things settled down so the Chiefs Kingdom could truly appreciate this momentous occasion. The entire city turned out to the parade, donning their red for the epic celebration. Memories were made that we’ll all never forget.
Here’s a close look at some of the best moments from throughout the Super Bowl parade and rally that were captured on Twitter:

The broadcast on KSHB-TV announced that the crowd officially exceeded the size of the Royals’ 2015 World Series parade.
Championship tunes
The playlist for the celebration lets you know that this is supposed to be a party. Even the players started singing along.

The full playlist also included “Turn Down For What” by Lil Jon, The Chiefs’ theme song “Red Kingdom” from local Kansas City rapper Tech N9ne, and “Fight for your Right to Party” by the Beastie Boys.
Chugging beers
It wouldn’t be a Super Bowl parade without some beer-chugging shenanigans from the players. Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes was among those to enjoy an ice-cold adult beverage.
