Cersei’s crown is more like a tiara, and really it’s been something that’s bugged me since we first saw it in S6. Considering the ornate Baratheon crowns with antlers, I thought there might be more Lannister/lion presence there, and definitely gold. Certainly something with far more substance. Her current crown is so dainty and unassuming. Coupled with her short hair it looks almost whimsical. Such an odd choice for a badass villain. She’s cast aside everything that made her feminine (i.e., the weaker one), more delicate gold jewelry, jewels, flowing gowns, long hair, and replaced them with more masculine items to show her strength.
