I know people are tired of all the PC stuff, but I just wanted to point out that it is not just a fad and a lot of people aren’t trying to be difficult when they say they have to have gluten-free. It is a fad. Just because someone has celiac disease doesn’t mean something can’t be a fad. Wearing glasses when a person doesn’t need them is also a fad. Irritating yes, and both still fads.
