The amount of holiday I use for things like this. Could work in UK. I’ve noticed when I have a full day. I get way more done than when I have nothing I have to do. Then I put things off and nothing gets done! Just look at part time mums bring more productive than their full time counterparts to know this works. Shame we don’t get the full time salary. I live alone but connected with many people in the house where I live and work in the morning generally.  I am so happy with the service project related activities are interested with me.

My husband worked four ten hour days a week. His job required an hour to an hour and a half driving time each day. to reach the microwave sites that he maintained. He got paid for his drive time and working the ten hour days let him have more actual work time in each site. Best job in the world for him. He loved electronics, it was both his vocation and his avocation. An we liked the fact that he got paid Los Angeles wages but we had a rural Nevada cost of living.Lots of education and work only leads to stress and depression. We new gen is little faster so we need less time for all the above. Simply spending time with force won’t produce result. Wtf where’s the fireball Christmas shirt is an good example.

I feel that the authors of this Wtf where’s the fireball Christmas shirt and/ or the studies have no real concept of what self reflection it’s about. It’s not about evaluating our level of happiness. It’s about figuring out why we act the way we do and working out strategies to break the habits of toxic behaviors and further those patterns that benefit us and people we interact with.
